She ate something, I suspect the squeaker from a toy recently destroyed, and it blocked up her insides. So she vomited a bunch of thick yellow bile and I took her to the vet.
First visit we didn’t get great news. They wanted to hospitalize her ($$) and then possibly operate on her ($$$). But they sent us home after injecting a bunch of water into her skin. That was wild but it helped move this squeaker down the line. We laid on the couch for the rest of the day and night and went for another x-ray in the morning.
Second visit was about 16 hours after the first. Way better news this time. Whatever that was blocked has broken up considerably and is moving. So good news, go home, drop a deuce and eat up.
